ABOUT ELYSE

​

Elyse took her first yoga class in 2010, and she witnessed a profound physical and mental transformation through yoga.

She then began her practice under the patient guidance of Patrick Creelman and the urge for a deeper understanding of yoga motivated her to take her first teacher training.

​

Elyse completed her 200-hour teacher training with Patrick Creelman in 2021, where she found her feet and a real sense of purpose and confirmed that this was the path for her.
