Owing to Zoe's experience as a teacher for children with special needs, she understands well how long hours of standing was causing her pain in different parts of the body. It also exposed her to the science of flexibility sports and pilates, which have helped her manage and ease her muscle pain.
She is looking to share her experience with participants who would like to address their body pain effectively.
