Located conveniently near MTR Central station, MindBreak is devoted to provide office ladies and gentlemen a place to give their body and mind a break, and recovery. 

​

In MindBreak, we understand how the same posture under long hours could result in some unbearable muscle pain, poor sleep quality and hampered immune system. We hence combine techniques from physiotherapy, stretching,  strengthening, Pilates, Yoga and Barre training to help you condition your body back to a desirable level. We aim to nourish your understanding on your body and reduce the reliance on external help.

 

There is no express ticket to body problems that have been accumulated after years of discomfort. Through consistently enjoyable process of training, we will help you to unwind body condition back to favourable level and resume high quality of life.

At MindBreak Studio, our team of coaches represents a diverse array of disciplines, ranging from Physiology and Stretching to Movement, Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet.

Each of our coaches is meticulously selected, possessing extensive qualifications and experience in their respective fields. They are dedicated to providing the highest caliber of instruction, tailored to meet the individual needs of every student.

 

Our coaches are passionate and encouraging, creating a supportive environment where students can thrive. They focus on understanding each student's unique requirements and skill levels, customizing their approach to ensure optimal progress and growth.

Stretching

Classes provided:

- Pain Release Stretch

- Gentle Stretch

- Meditative Stretch

- Advanced Stretch

- Stretching for Elderly

If you experience pain around your muscles, chance is that stretching can help reduce the aching. Also, they can help you minimize the probability of sport  injuries and even enhance your sports performance.

By means of a variety of tools, our classes aim to bring your bodies back to an elastic state.

Strengthening

Classes provided:

- Pain Release Strengthening

- Basic Strengthening

- Advanced Strengthening

Due to bad posture, very often the weakness of specific muscles is compensated by muscles from another part of your body. The long term implications are often the cases of muscle rigidity, unnecessary growth of soft tissues and eventually chronic muscle pain.

Our classes aim to strengthen your muscles, level up the muscles persistence and vitalize muscle groups.

Mobility

Classes provided:

- Zen Mobility

- Animal Flow

Zen Mobility

Through breathing and mobility routines, your bodies will be brought to a state of fluid coordination with your mind. The exercises will strengthen your core muscles and improve your joint flexibility.

Animal Flow

Animal flow is a form of weight exercise via different ways to support your bodies against gravity, you will be able to stretch your spine more, strengthen your core muscles and manage your chronic pain much more effectively.

Yoga

Classes provided:

- Detox Yoga

- Yoga Therapy

- Hatha Yoga

- Yin Yoga

Detox Yoga is designed to stimulate the digestive system, massage the internal organs, and improve blood circulation. Mentally can help to release your tension, negative energy, or stress.

Yoga Therapy helps you to release neck / shoulder stiffness and pain, also improve back muscle strength and flexibility.

​

Hatha Yoga involve a set of physical postures and breathing techniques. This class is good for beginners to gain body awareness and connection.

​

Yin yoga stretches both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints.

Fitness

Classes provided:

- Pilates

- Slim Yoga

- Fitness Dance

- Barre

Pilates is a set of exercises that systematically targets muscles tolerance, their stability and control. By combining yoga, dance and gymnastics, Pilates also improves the spine and joint flexibility. It has the benefits of  correcting bad posture and shaping the body.

Slim Yoga aims to lengthen your muscles, shape your body and burn body fats.

​

Fitness dance makes use of rhythm from different style of music to engage participants to increase their flexibility and deliver effective cardio workout. The dynamic dance moves help strengthen the muscles and shape the body.
